OWOSSO — The Mid-Michigan Area Group Narcotics Enforcement Team, along with the Shiawassee County Prosecutor’s Office, is cracking down on medical marijuana dispensaries based upon a Michigan appeals court ruling that found an Isabella County facility was illegal under the 2008 Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (MMMA).

Wednesday, Natural Solutions in Laingsburg was raided and the two owners, Todd Tucker and Bryan Fountain, were arrested and arraigned on delivery of marijuana charges.
