This week, a prosecutor’s office brought charges against a 50+ year old male.  The charges:  Carjacking.  The claim:  that the man walked up a woman and demanded that she drive him to a restaurant in another part of town.  Apart from the owner’s claims, another witness is alleged to have observed the incident, our client was caught in the vehicle a short while later and our client made incriminating statements to the police.  Many lawyers would be deterred from getting involved in a case with facts that sound this challenging.  Not Neil Rockind.  Not Neil Rockind, P.C.  We dove in head first.  The battle begins …
