Neil Rockind, named to the NTLA Top 100 and Super Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers List, is upping the ante in drug and drunk driving cases.  Rockind, along with a handful of other top lawyers, recently took the time to learn about Drug Recognition Experts (DRE), the voodoo scientific designation given to some police officers to allow them to testify that a clietn appears under the influce of drugs.  The science is pathetically underwhelming but that won’t stop the cops and state from using this sory of technology and expert.  Accordingly, Neil Rockind took to learning the science as well.  He participated in a three (3) day DRE tranining program.  Here is certificate:
