Today, Neil Rockind secured an incredible result in a medical marijuana dispensary case.  Our client’s felony charge was dismissed.  The case was reduced to a misdemeanor and taken under advisement (meaning that it will be dismissed at the conclusion of his interaction with the court.  Once the fines and costs are paid off, the matter will be dismissed on an accelerated basis (90 days).  In the meantime, the client will be allowed to use medical marijuana while on probation.
