Rockind Firm Takes On K2/Spice Cases
Neil Rockind, Colin Daniels and Neil Rockind, P.C., the criminal defense trial firm in Southfield, Michigan are never afraid to weigh in on the biggest and most controversial, cutting edge cases in the criminal justice system. Two (2) store owners in Pontiac, Michigan were trapped in a sting operation this week involving alleged sales of K2 and Spice or synthetic cannabinoids. The family of the accused wanted “the best trial attorney around” and after asking several different sources for names of criminal defense trial attorneys, one name kept reappearing in their search: Neil Rockind. Within minutes of the arrest of the pair, Rockind went to the jail to visit the accused. As Rockind said, “I just wanted them to know that family and friends were worried about them and that help was on the way.”
Despite the controversy, Rockind and Daniels obtained a personal bond for each of the accused. They are now at home with their families recovering from the traumatic events. In the meantime, Neil Rockind is already preparing for court.
